Bayside Executive Commitee

The volunteers involved in the running of the club make up the Bayside FC Executive Committee. These volunteer roles are carried out in addition to various other coaching and support roles in our Community Football Club.

The Committee members and their responsibilities are as follows:

 

Stuart Morrison – Club Chairman
Stuart is Club Chairman, as well as Head Coach for our boys 2009 Athletic squad. Stuart was elected as Club Chairman in 2016.

Paul Murray - Vice Chairman & Head of Female Football
Vice Chairman of the club, and Head of Female Football, Paul is also Head Coach of our Girls Under 16 squad and joined the Executive Committee several years ago.

Sean Japp - Club Development Officer
Sean is Club Development Officer and also leads our Mini Kickers sessions that run at Dalgety Bay Leisure Centre for kids aged under 6.

Barry Muir - Advisor
Barry joined the Bayside Executive Committee in an advisory capacity in 2022, having coached at Bayside between 2011 and 2018.

Niall Russell – Male Teams Secretary
Niall was appointed to the Executive Committee in February 2023 to take on the Social Media and Website roles for the club, moving over to become Male Secretary in March 2024. He has coached at Bayside since 2016 and is also Head Coach of our Boys 2010 Colts squad.

John Scott - Facilities

John was appointed to the Executive Committee as Facilities Co-ordinator in February 2023 (dealing with pitch bookings for training sessions and matches across all our squads). He also coaches our Boys 2010 Colts squad.

Mark Whitehill – Club Treasurer
Mark coaches our Girls U16 squad, and took on the Club Treasurer role in August 2024.

Gary Smyth - Child Welfare Protection Officer
Gary was appointed to the role of CWPO in 2020. 

Graeme Kermath - Female Teams Secretary
Graeme joined the club in 2023 to coach the Under 16 Girls squad.
